2 month bulk then 1 month cut?
From what I understand, one of the reasons your body loses muscles after you cycle is because it's not used to holding that much mass. My question is does anyone do a 2 month bulk, followed by a 1 month cut to finish off the cycle?
I guess it comes down to would someone at 15% bf lose more muscle cutting AFTER the cycle, or keep more while cutting while ON cycle?
