You will need to experiment a little as your doing to see when your best doesages times are. Clearly though Alb affects you pretty good if your feeling the shakes at that doesage so I think 3-4pm is probably a good estimate as timing on your last dose for the day. That gives your body several hours to settle down before sleep.

Last night was torture in that I took my last dose at 4pm and did'nt fall asleep until 4a.m.!:argh I slept just a few hours before having to start the whole regimented day of cardio/eats/workout. Good thing I did'nt have to work today otherwise I'd be in a world of hurt. Anyway, I took my last dose at 2pm. I hope to be dreaming by 11pm.
