Ugh...vinegar. Acetic acid may prolong the life of the peptide, but it is not necessary as you'll use up your IGF pretty quickly. I also dont like the idea of putting vinegar in my muscles. Just use bacstat water or do what I did, I used b-12 and it worked fine for me. First time on IGF? The only thing I dont like about it is the extreme drowsiness. I could sleep 12-14 hours and still feel like shit.
