I've ran IGF 3 times, and everytime I ran it I felt exhausted. But look at Access, he ran it and was fine. So I imagine you'll just have to see how you respond to it. Yes, you can run IGF by itself and get good results. Hey Access, I've run the IGF at the end of a cycle leading into PCT, worked great, I gained 2 more pounds. I felt it helped solidify the gains I got from my cycle. IGF works fukin awesome when combined with gear. Even though it makes me drowsy, I would use it again.
