Another noob needing some advice
Hi everyone. I am a 27 year old male I have been working out for about a year. I am having a real hard time losing weight. I weighed over 400lbs a year ago now I am close to 350lbs. I am stuck at a platuea now for a couple of months. I need some advice on losing some more weight. I have been reading alot about clen and T3. Would this give me the edge I need to shed more weight. I am not to concerned about massive muscle gains just yet but I know the more lean muscle you have the more fat you are able to burn. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really need help.
