You only need to do IGF PWO. The IGF receptors are at their peak when a muscle is stressed from heavy resistance exercises. The IGF will attach best at this time and effectively make new muscle cells. If you pin at anythie other than immediately PWO the IGF will float around your system and find something else to attach to. Most noteably your intestines as this is where the most IGF receptors are within your body.
As you can see from above there is no point at all to pinning IGF other than PWO. Also there is no need to do more than 50mcg in any single shot. Simply put the receptors cannot use even that much and the remainder will again float through your system looking for other receptors to attach to. So be careful with this stuff unless you want to get the dreaded GH gut.
