I just wanted to know what gains am i looking at to expect over a 12 week cycle on prop @ 300 mg a week ? and doing PCT Right & if i keep my diet in shape and train intensely will i keep most of gains ?
For Example : If i put on 10 kg how much weight am i expected to walk away with after PCT is finished ?
Im guessing 7-8 Kg ?? or is that a wishful thought or is that over board ?
