Hey, All!!!
I've been reading this board for a couple of weeks and finally decided to take the plunge. I have been weight lifting off and on for more than twenty years. I have just past the BIG 40 :cry , and realize it is more difficult to stay fit at this age.. I've been at a plateu for several months, and am fighting the middle-age spread! I am not a perfect dieter, but I do try. I have never felt like I needed health and nutrition advice until now..... (when my body decides not to produce the old test levels) as I have always been relatively healthy. It's kinda like going back to school,but I look forward to learning from you all. :bigsmile
