well i don't know if it was you or someone else one this board that told me probably a month or two ago, but they said most guys do 5 on 2 off or 6 and 1. the person from this board said to do 7 full, no days off. i have been going with the jin for over a week and have had no days off. do you think i should take a day or two off during the week or just stay 7 days a week?
