I've started training to compete in Olympic weightlifting, so I merely have weight goals right now. I'd been "bulking" for a Figure comp, but I decided to pass on Figure for a little while so I can focus on OL; turns out you really can't do both.
So, I'm heading back down to my maintenance weight of 145 lbs, and may drop to 142 lbs if I'm feeling good at 145. I'm debating between competing in the 63k or 69k classes, so 142-145 will put me somewhere in the middle. I'll probably be about 11-12% in that weight range. I'm finding it's easier as I get older to stay leaner (I'm 33); I think it's actually harder when you're younger and have more estrogen.
