Well its alittle hard to really recommend anything for you without knowing some history here, I see some basic stats, size weight, but wha about years training, previous cycles, this type info. Its really a choice of whats best for you at this point in your training. We are talking a short period of time here if you show is in March. that doesn't really leave alot of time for gaining before you have to begin pre-contest prep.
