if you READ...All I am saying is that it is no more a "Third World" country than Italy. Apparently someone doesn't know what "Third World" means. Just simply stated that just because there are one or 2 scams in a country.....it doesn't make the whole country a scam.
I am sure there are many more scams in the USA than in Croatia. But I have yet to hear you say "Do not send money to the USA...they are scammers" .

And...the war ended in 1995. almost 8 yrs ago......and really that means nothing.

Where were you in Croatia? I have traveled the whole country quite a few times. In fact....going back again in February.Obviously you must have been in some remote North-eastern blip that isn't on the map. There hasn't been any major tension in Croatia in years(never has been any towards USA). There is more tension between blacks and whites right here in the good old USA than there is between Serbs and Croats in Croatia. In fact my Bosnian Cousin (in Zadar) just married into a Catholic Family. You really are clueless to the facts. but anyway.....
