Deca could solve,it has in my case with a similiar injury, but I recommend you stay away from heavy weights and barbells for the duration of the cycle, you will wind up thinking you are healed and go back to pressing heavy weights and then you will come off the deca and then be in some serious pain bro, remember it takes time for stuff to heal, let it heal and in time you will be back benching more than ever, fuck that shoulder up and you will be doing pilates..lol!
