try
you could try doing an extra work out the day after or two days after your session for whatever body part. say day one was chest/tris. on day two do one or two exercises for two or three sets per body part trained on day one, minimal weight(if you benched 405 do a couple sets with 135 or 185 10-15 reps). this should take 20 minutes max and be done before your regularly scheduled workout for day two a couple hours before at least. what this will do is saturate the muscle with blood and help remove the lactic acid build up. this is one of the principles of the westside system and dude it works. also you can try hot/cold showers. 2 minutes with water as hot as you can stand and two with it as cold as you can stand this bring blood for the core to the skin to the core again sort of rinse your tissues with extra blood carrying the lactic acid away
