Was always active and fit through high school, played sports, then was in the Navy and lifted. After my 4 yrs went back to university and added mountain biking to the lifting. Moved to ******** and started getting lazy/partying too much, stopped exercising for a couple years, got fat and felt old. Then I rediscovered UFC and looked up some of the guys I admired, found out how they ate and trained, and started running, doing sit ups and push ups, and following a healthy diet. Before I knew it started losing fat. Then found a Muay Thai group to join up with and now in the best shape of my life at 35. I feel like a 20 year old again, but with a better mind on me. 5 days a week of running and Muay Thai helped me drop 15 kg in a few months (thats a little over 30 pounds.) Now I've cut the Muay Thai back and added 3 days a week at the gym to boost the strength and size. Life is good
