Biggest things that have helped me reach my goals are 1) maintaining a 5-6 day pw CARDIO routine with the lifting. Its not my favorite, but I love the shredding thats goin on, and 2) consuming 50 grams of protein every 2-3 hours of every day (as this is the most your body can use/metabolize)- on cycle or not, I found that doing this has been every bit as important as the training I do.
