I do a little of both too. My workout is a lot different than most peoples though, and a lot of it requires a trainer or sparring partner. Well maybe not that different really, just different equipment. Got a heavy bag, gloves, and some training pads here at home and everything else is at the gym by my trainers house. I think you can get a good workout anywhere with any equipment. The trick is staying motivated.
