I usually work out at home. I don't know about you guys but I must be the weird one...I find it difficult to concentrate at the gym. At home I have everything the gym has just about anyway. I have a separate garage built for it so I have everything from smith, free weights, hack/leg press, to hammerstrength. The gyms where I live suck and I don't like freakin' people out when I try to do a set of bent over f*&$in rows! It's like I'm from another planet. At least at home I can do what I want, when I want, how I want. No waiting, no hassle, and no 15 year-old abercrombie model wanna-be's "hangin' out" in the gym and taking up all the space, no "personal trainers" using half the gym to put some 250lb chick on a rubber ball...you smell what I'm steppin' in. I bought all my stuff over the last ten or so years though so I'm fairly set up now. To each his own though...
