well, if you have just got into training I would suggest you don't touch anything yet...
Sort out a good diet with cardio and resistance training, stick at it and try to reach your true potentiol first.
you will be surpisd what you can achieve, there is no magic drug, nor is it a substitute for hard work and determination..
As for the initial question, Sorry I have no idea, but suggest you leave them on the side for now.
