how to work around tendonitis?
I had really bad tendonitis in my elbow and it stopped me from being able to bench and do dips, so i've been trying to work around that with cable excersies and dumb flys but it feels like I need more. Any tips on some other lifts I can do until its healed? have a feeling its going to take a long time, I still feel it when doing tri excersises.
