confused with carb rotation
im trying to gain lean muscle without too much fat gain, through carb rotation - however, im still confused.
can someone help me with grams of carbs/fat/pro instead of %.
at the moment im having around 13-1400cals a day with carbs between 40-90grams a day, protein between 120-150g and fat around 60g.
how should i change it around to achieve my goals.
stats 165cm, 52kg dont know bf% - ide say around 20%
