Thats a unique split that I like in the short term but moving into your cycle I would suggest more volume and workouts.
I like that split though to be used for a few wks. Seldom do I agree with doing anything but legs on one day but this is an exception.
Do you have any splits that you have in mind? I have a thread on splits that have alot of examples that members have contributed to. Ill see if I can dig it up.
