i'm with para an sham too.... i don't do numbers. i've always use a good training split (one that works good for me), 3 on, 1 off. but here lately, i've just been doing whatever i feel like my body needs to do. i workout so hard that it usually takes a good 3 days to recover any given muscle group, so after three days if i feel good enough to do it, i'll workout that muscle again. if not, i'll do a muscle that feels fresh. and i just do 3-4 sets per exercise, and 3-4 exercises per muscle. i try to stay in the 4-8 rep range.
i dunna, it looks pretty retarded on paper, but once i get in the gym with my headphones on and slipknot yelling in my ears, i always get an intense workout.
