It does suck. REAL bad. Training is kinda slow for me. Working the arms is the worst. I do alot of dumb-flys, and other excersizes that have limited movement in the elbow. Cables are great, too. I force myself to do dips and extensions, but my recovery is a bit dragged on after working tris. One of the reasons I started AAS was to aid in recovery time.
For my ankle, squats arent too terribly bad, as long as I can focus my weight to my heels. I have a rod that goes from just below my knee all the way down to my ankle, 2 screws in the ankle, 2 screws just below the knee. After I squat, it feels like the ones in the knee are about to pop out. Running is nearly impossible because of the ankle.
I do alot of variations of excersizes that I can do.
Many people with injuries like mine would have given up.....but that just isn't in my blood.
