bodybuilding while playing sports?
I am really trying to focus on bodybuilding but I am still in my hockey season, sometime I'm on the ice up to 7-8 hours/week, games and practice. Can you still put on muscle while in season or is it better to wait until off-season before trying to put on muscle and start training hard? Can you do bodybuilding and play sports or do you have to choose one over the other?
