a few hours after you posted this topic i read it and my follow up visits to the gym have incorporated deadlifts into my back exercise and OMG!!! every muscle in my back is so sore right now! lower back, middle back, upper back, and traps... i havent felt this sore in a while! LoL i went to sports authority last week to buy some more athletic shorts and a weight belt for squatting etc.. and she rung up my shorts and the belt ($30 sticker on it) and it came up for 67 cents i didnt notice until after i left but i was like saaaa- weeettt!
