football. my goal was to be the strongest person on the team, which i accomplished my junior year. i've always set short term goals... gain 20 lbs on bench or squat, drop my 40 time by .5 seconds, etc. started lifting when i was a fat 14 year old weighing 170. now i'm just older...and heavier...lol. 240 lbs...
man i'm looking forward to cutting...never thought i'd say that.
