flies (cable and dumbbell) Regular,incline,decline. Heavy weights. I do as much weight as I can possibly do with 5-7 reps(but not easily....REALLY pushin for the last couple reps). I wait about a minute in between sets. The last set, I drop the weight a little bit, and do reps until failure.
When doing standing cable flies, make sure to take a step back(not standing right in the middle of the machine).
Dips are great for the lower chest.
