haha thats funny, I just had drill last weekend and as soon as I walked in everyone was like holy shit look at his shoulders! for the next 3 days all everyone did was say I was on steroids. that is not something to be jokin about in the army lol.

plus the dead lifts for the lower back too
any ideas for a good lower back exercise? I was doing good mornings but the injury rate is pretty high on those and i'm not a fan of hyper extensions. dead lifts seem to be doing the trick, but I would like to get two lower back lifts.
