Hello people...
Here is some story I'm here for.
I was training since 17, at 27 got married, at that time I was 5'7" 205lbs (solid) and training not lees than 12Hr a week. After 7 yrs of marriage I lost 23lbs. and can hardly manage to train for 2Hr a week (you know, kids, school, work, stress...). I WANT MY MUSCLES BACK!!!!!
So let see how steroids, knowledge and experience from others can help me.
