from i was 15-19 i put on 5lbs a year, then when I was 19 I upped my calories to 4500 and starting putting on 9lbs a year. do u know how many grams of protein you are getting a day? do u know how many calories u are getting. start counting calories and grams, even if u take steroids you will lose most of it if you dont have a good diet.
i think you could put on 1.5 inchs to your height, if you take steroids you will deff stay the same height
