I'm not trying to be an asshole, I'm just tired of people critisizing my diet when it's hard to eat like 4k calories a day. I know I haven't hit my plateau yet on my squat. Notice how I said in 6 weeks, increasing by 85 pounds is a lot. I squat 225 now and 6 weeks ago I only squated 135. Actually thats 90 pound increase, and I'm only 17, so cut me a break. When I take steroids, I'll know what I will be doing, no need to worry.
