lol.. when i first started working out i was 150 lbs at 19. also 5.7" in the first 5 years of training i made some huge leaps. by the time i was 24 i was 190 benching 345 and squatting 505. everyone swore i was taking gear. there's no substitute for hard work. keep doing what your doing. yes diet is important but i have to admit i never ate perfect during that time. some probably won't agree but i really think age has something to do with it. if i could say anything of importance to you i would suggest you train like a mo-fo. learn new routines and work outs. 20 is still a little ways away for you, you're being smart not doing it now. had i had access to gear at 20 i would have no doubt taken it. i was obsessed with getting bigger/stronger and would have done ANYTHING. yeah it's probably best to wait til you're in your mid 20's but you could do worse things. too many 20 year olds are busy getting drunk / high, smoking, not eating good/sleeping well ect. don't know what you do (school vs. work) but maybe a part time job in a supplement store will help out? with some extra cash for better food and some discounted sups. stick around, you'll learn quite a bit. thought i new about gear, found out what i knew was little.
