Diet Help
I've posted a thread about taking steriods but have been talked out because of the possible dangers that it can have on my future..
Im 17 5'9 195lbs 15%b/f.. im always either conditioning and or in the gym trying to get bigger.. i havent ever really watched what i ate.. but reading through some of these threads i have learned that diet matters.
I wants to get bigger, so i should eat alot. But i want to decrease my body fat and become cut up 2. i play football defensive end and would love to keep my explosive speed coming of the ball even as i increase body size. On a usual day i would skip breakfest, eat salad with ranch dressing, with a side of tuna & crackers and milk. after practice of conditioning or hitting the weights i will go home and eat a pb&j sandwich. for dinner i would eat wat ever is thrown at me.
i work out 4-5 times a week and need help with a diet because im perfectly fine with my workouts.
