hey guys thanks for everything you guys have done for me.. i appreciate al the help and support. I've been setting up my diet with six meals a day all the meals about 400 calories and full of protien.. but i need help on the calcium i have no idea were i can get a good amount of calcium and good fats.?? I read a article on how 2 make my body a fat oxidizer and im trying to do that cutting diet.
