I eat a lot of chicken, usually 3 times a week. Eggs, Salad, Fish, (Tuna, salmon, swordfish) and I love steak.
I use creatine, weight gainer 1850 (2x day) Whey Protein (58g per shake 2x daily, + following workouts),
Fish Oil 1200mgs
2x daily Multi vitamins at least once daily, night as well on more intense days, and Flax oil 1000mgs 2x daily.
5-7 meals per day, the 6th and seventh on days of more intense workouts...my metabolism is crazy fast.
1+ years lifting now, past 5 months along with proper dieting and less cardio. I usaully waver between 165 and 160.
Bench 170 comfortably.
Curls 45-55 comfortably.
Ive been doing my research on here, all I am trying to find out is what type of cycle should I use when I actually go for it...as of now I am holding off for a few months.
For what I am looking to do, will winstrol or deca be better to use.
