Well, i am sticking to greens and fresh fruit, like apples, oranges etc and alot of grilled chicken, very little red meat. I also take b-12, and chormium pic.....
Plus i used to take Tonalin a while back an saw some good results with a diabetic sugar blocker supplement. I want to add that all to my cycle too. I am focused to stay at a max of 1000cal/day and like i mentioned before pump up my cardio.
Any more suggestions???
