Okay 3 and half weeks into my cycle and a week and half into my clen. Noticed decent strength gains about what I expected since I am on a very moderate cal intake. Have had no real problem on the clen. Had the shakes the first few days but I can tell the body has started to adapt. Actual have my clen dose up to 120 a day right now.
My weight has not changed alot jumping between 188lbs-192lbs. The last week the weight has been on the lower end of that. Body fat has decreased greatly from where it was at. That being said I stilll have long way to go to reach my goals.
Since I have not had any trouble with the clen I plan on ordering some T3 to add with my next 2 weeks of clen.
