time injection to synchronize with workout?
Noob here with a question about the timing of taking the shot vs. when to workout.
I am 50, got an HRT Rx for cyp. Not a bodybuilder but I do Cross Fit to stay in shape for alpine mountaineering (remote peaks, glaciers---not rock climbing). I need tons of work capacity/stamina for climbing.
Just did 2nd of 10 weekly cyp injections for this HRT cycle. Dose is 200mg. After the 1st injection (1st week) I thought I was sold false goods---didn’t notice a thing. Did my 2nd weekly injection Wednesday evening. Woke up Thursday morning feeling like I could climb Everest before lunch then plow Scarlett Johanssen ‘til sundown. Wow, I was on rocket fuel all morning. I don't know why I got no effects the 1st week but Thursday morning I sure knew I really did get a vial of test.
By the time I hit the gym Thursday evening I was feeling more normal. Still “up” but not on the rocket ride like in the morning. HERE’S MY QUESTION: should I time the injection so I hit the gym a few hours later when the t is at its max? Would I get a lot more out of that one workout? Of course I work out more than one day per week, I’m just wondering if I could turn one workout a week into something super special if I time the cyp injection right.
