50 y.o. newbie
I am here to learn how to maximize what I have and to learn what I need to know to move on to better use of gear and how to manage PCT.
I am 50, got a Rx for HRT. I have 10 weeks of cyp (just did my 3rd injection), anastrozole, clomiphene, and HCG. I am not a bodybuilder but I do Cross Fit and am into alpine mountaineering (not rock climbing---remote peaks, glaciers, ice axes, days & days above treeline). Cross Fit and the gear are tools that help me succeed in climbing. Success is coming home in coach rather than cargo.
So I am looking for recovery time and stamina. Strength gains would be super too but stamina and shorter recovery times are tops.
