I could tell you it worked very well for me, I lost approximately 125 pounds in the time I was on it. After the first 3-4 days I was in ketosis and stayed there for months on end. I felt great, I was doing only basic cardio (walking/jogging) and never craved carbs.
I think there is a thread here about the ketogenic diet, but I'm not sure if the search feature is working correctly.. check the diet section!
