My first cycle - log
I thought I'd post my first cycle log for you guys to follow along. What I am doing is going to seem really light and not recommended by most as it seems the current consensus for Dbol only cycles is a no-go. That being said, I would call this cycle my test in the AAS waters as I have a Dbol wks 1-4 30mg ED and Test Cyp wks 1-10 500mg/wk planned if I am happy with how my body handles the following:
Dbol - yellow Anabol 10mg split in 2 doses
week1 20mg ED
week2 20mg ED
week3 30mg ED
week4 30mg ED
week5 20mg ED
week6 20mg ED
week7 20mg Nolva ED
week8 20mg Nolva ED
I know that pyramiding your doses is also not recommended but for the amount I have this is the best way to do it and save the right amount to kickstart the next cycle (I don't feel like breaking pills either).
My stats:
AGE: 26
HEIGHT: 5'9
WEIGHT 174
EXP: 10yrs naturally, 3 consistent
BF: Gym caliper said 6%, I say closer to 10%... I am heavier than usual

thigh 23.5
calf 15.5
bicep 15.75
I don't measure what I eat, but I eat 3 large meals with 3 hi protein snacks and designer protein powder with whole milk... I eat all day whatever I want whole foods.
My training is a five day split.
Day 1 - Shoulders
2 - Arms Abs
3 - Legs
4 - Chest
5 - Back
6 - Rest
7 - Repeat day 1
For those of you who use Dbol, when do you feel it kick in? I know the half like is 3-5 hours, but does it take a few days to build in the body before you start to get the super pumps? I have been taking 10mg 2X daily for the past 2 days and haven't noticed much change... remember I am an absolute steroid novice never touched a chemical... (I've heard stories of guys getting sick jaw pumps from chewing gum... or getting shin splints just walking around on Dbol). Is there any other tell that it is working?
