What's the best building approach?!
Hey, does anyone here have an idea as to what i should do, im currently 140lbs and want to stay in the 155 weight class, what should i do(please list) to get the most out of the 15lbs i can afford?(without going over) Or should i just bulk to 170lbs the next weight, and if so then use what? Any ideas would be much appreciated, thanks guys!
