motivation on.
i just kicked it into high gear today. hopefully i can stay this way. did two cardio sessions and one lifting session. i'm doing alot of compound lifts...deads, cleans, clean and press, swings, etc. i'm trying to get my body used to doing some intense workouts cause when i go home in a few weeks, i'm gonna be doing a Gym Jones type workout everyday. for those of you who don't know, Gym Jones is the place that the guys from 300 live before they shot 300.
Gym Jones - Power, Speed, Endurance, Suffering and Salvation tires pulls, rope climbs, etc. i plan on changing my body completely, for good.
i'm excited.
