I tried this recipe this morning and it's sooooooo goood!
6 Eggwhites
1 tbsp Splenda
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 package Sugar-Free Lemon Jello Powder
Beat eggwhites until stiff; add splenda and vanilla extract and beat again making sure completely mixed and still stiff.
Heat medium hot non-stick fry pan. Spread eggwhite mixture in pan and sprinkle sugar-free lemon jello powder on mixture. Cook in pan for about 5 minutes.** Bottom should be brown and top should be fluffy and firm and lifts easily from pan.
**the original recipe says to cover the pan and let cook for 2-3 minutes and then uncover and cook 2 minutes more
