Long burn carbs
Since the beginning of my cycle my appetite has gone critical. But what is interesting is what i'm craving. CARBS! Clean burning long chain carbs. Bagels,English muffins,oat meal,Pita bread. Thats right I said pita bread! Ive always had high protien(50-60%) and total protien, not counting addtl supplements w/ this cycle have remained the same. Here is a pic of my new creation, the four egg pita sandwich!
