I agree completely. Look at how much your tube of protein weighs. 2lbs at most. And you might use that in 3 weeks to a month? In that amount of time your only going to gain 2 lbs at most if shakes are your main source of protein. If you eat 8oz tuna, beef, or chicken, you would be equaling that weight in a day or two if your getting 8oz every meal. I use shakes directly post workout to keep my body from muscle wasting. Most weight gainers though contain a lot more amino acids, bcca than most protein drinks.
