Cycle update number 2... Days 4 thru 6

Day 4 - It's Day 4 and I've been noticing some slight intestinal discomfort. Probably is the creatine as this happens during my first few doses when I begin to take it. I take 5mg Creatine Monohyrate in country time lemonade mix post workout. Back day...

Pullups - 11, 6, 5, 4 negatives
1 arm DB row - 60*9, 65*8, 70*6, 70*6
it's totally on! I am getting a super low back pump just from stabilizing during rows
iso 1 arm pulldown - 65*8, 75*6
BB row - 95*12, 100*10, 110*8, 115*8
deadlift - 145*12, 195*8, 200*6, 200*6, 205*4 ...super low back pump and my forearms look and feel like they are going to EXPLODE



Day 5 - Surprisingly I am not very sore from my kick ass back workout yesterday. Today is my rest day so I am going to take all 20mg at once in the mng 1 hr after breakfast. My stomach is still all f'ed up but I am able to eat my fill. Here's what I had for breakfast so you guys have an idea of what I am eating... 3 whole eggs, 2 pieces of wheat toast with peanut butter and honey, 1 banana, coffee... 2-3 hrs later I have 2 scoops designer whey in 12oz whole milk... lunch is turkey swiss lettuce tomato mayo on wheat with a bag of chips... 2.5 hrs later 2 PB balance bars... if I workout I have creatine in country time lemonade followed by 2 scoops designer whey in 12oz whole milk... dinner is 1/2 roasted chicken, 1 potato, dark greens with olive oil and 2cupcakes or cookies for dessert... before bed I will have 2 servings cottage cheese with fruit or another balance bar. Taking all of it at once I definitely notice a difference from splitting my doses. I feel the well-being that is a trademark of DBol but not to the extent I thought I would. I feel like I took a Vicodin or something along those lines... a little warm and tingled. I also feel a slight bit of disorientation as I ride the train. I've heard of this happening as a result of the estrogen.



Day 6 - My stomach is better and I am ready to go. Splitting the dose as it is workout day... SHOULDERS BOOM!

seated BB military press - 85*12, 115*8, 125*6, 125*5, 130*4, 85*12
this is the first notice where I can tell a MAJOR strength difference - just last week I was getting stuck on 120*4... as you can see I am blasting 125 for 6 EZ
OH DB flyes - 12.5*12, 12.5*12
side delt DB raise - 17.5*12, 17.5*10, 17.5*10, 17.5*8
shrugs (step in bar) - bar + 70*12, 80*8, 80*8, 90*6, 90*6, 70*15
rear delt DB - 17.5*15, 17.5*12, 17.5*12, 17.5*12
ab rope pull - 85*12, 85*12, 90*10, 90*8

weigh in 179 +5lbs from start! not bad for 6 day days starting from a heavy base


So far all I have noticed is some labored breathing. If feels tough to get oxygen and I feel taxed aerobically... this may be due to the fact that before I went on cycle I had gained (regained) 19 lbs since the beginning of the year... add 5 more to that and the cardiovascular system needs to catch up!
