better life now
just saying hello to everyone,im new here (obviously).
working out pretty seriously for 6 months, on and off for years iuse free weights in my basement on a 4 day split, 6 ft 165 lbs and eat 3173 cals 372 cbs 289 pro and 69 fat per day.
i was a raging alcoholic for 8 years and finally woke up, when i quit i had alot of time to fill, i took all the energy out of drinking and put it towards lifting. I think i made a good decision for a change, sober 6months and seen good results anyway just alittle about me
