Cycle update number 3... Days 7-9

I have one issue, so pls those with experience read to the bottom and help me out!

Day 7... It's arm day again, so I get to see how my strength is progressing this being my 2nd arm workout since on-cycle. I am definitely happy with what I see, especially with OH DB extensions for triceps. The weight FEELS like kiddie weight. Interesting note that the strength increase isn't always consistent in explosiveness across exercises.

BB curl - 45*12, 85*10, 90*8, 95*5, 100*3 + 10 sec 1/4 hold, 45*13
hammer curl - 35*8, 35*8, 40*6, 40*6, 22.5*12
concentration curl - 22.5*12, 22.5*10
reverze EZ bar curl - 45*13, 45*11
pressdown - 75*15, 145*10, 150*8, 150*8, 155*6, 80*12
OH DB ext - 45*12, 60*9, 60*8, 65*6, 65*7 ... the strength change in this exercise is absolute insane... I went from 65*4 to 65*7 on my last set... week to week
kickback - 17.5*13, 17.5*13
dips - 20, 16


Day 8... legs
squat - 135*15, 230*12, 240*10, 250*8, 260*6
single leg ext (diff machine) 45*10, 10, 8, 8 ... no rest btw sets alternating legs
hack squat (HUGE increase) - seld+130*15!, 140*12, 150*10, 150*10
hammy curl(right hammy kinda twinged.. went lighter) - 55*12, 12, 10, 10 ... 20sec rest btween sets... my hammys were absolutley KILLING me the next day
45 degree calf - 90*12, 90*12, 100*10, 100*10
good mornings - 95*12, 95*12
seated calf 65*12, 65*10, 70*10, 75*8

my knee felt much better after warming up with 3 minutes oin the bike and creatine back in the mix


Day 9... CHEST
my chest workout has been feeling kinda stale so i switched it up a bit... I don't typically have a spotter, so I took bench out and replaced it with the iso chest press which I feel MUCH better

incline DB press - 50*12, 75*10, 75*8, 75*6, 80*5
incline flyes - 32.5*10, 32.5*9 + 17.5*10
iso chest 1 arm - 45*12, 47.5*10, 50*8, 50*8
cable hi flyes - 30*12, 30*12, 35*10, 35*10
pushup 24
ab rope pull - 90*12, 12, 10, 10


weigh-in 181! +7lbs in 9 days


so far I am really impressed with the weight gain and the strength increase... I am not any leaner or much harder but I didn't expect that either... I just expected size and strength and that is exactly what I am getting

My labored breathing that I mentioned b4 is gone although I still get a little nauseated and disoriented every once in a while. I also noticed that my nipples "tingle" a little and they are erect and a little hard sometimes! Not sure if it is in my head or if they are just sensitive bc I have been poking at them... I doubt gyno is creeping up at 20mg per day on day nine though I'd be stupid not to ask, any thoughts on this? Could gyno symptoms be possible already at Day 9 at such a low dose 20mg/day? Thanks!
